What if I received damaged or defective uniqcube?
If you have a damaged or defective unit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. A replacement will be sent for any damaged items.
What is your warranty?
UNIQCUBE comes with a two years warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damages, which means we can’t warranty UNIQCUBE if you drop it. To return a defective UNIQCUBE, contact us with your order number and send your item to: Apes street 5A – 55, Riga, Latvia, LV1039. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item turns out to be faulty, we will repair it or replace it free of charge or give you a full refund.
